Matekino Marshall

The Serious Fraud Office (SFO) has filed charges against Matekino Marshall alleging he misappropriated just over $2.1 million from two trusts and a third entity which he was involved in.

    SFO announced it has filed charges against Matekino Marshall. He appeared in the Manukau District Court on 5 March and was remanded on bail to appear at his trial which is set down to commence on 26 July 2027. Mr Marshall has pleaded not guilty to all charges.
