Individual charged over forged documents
The Serious Fraud Office has charged an individual for allegedly creating and submitting forged documents.
The defendant appeared in the Wellington District Court on Monday, November 2, pleaded not guilty to all charges and sought interim name suppression.
A hearing on the interim name suppression is scheduled for 30 November 2026.
